At Clutches N Slings, every product is carefully inspected and packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. We request you to review the details below before placing your order.
We currently do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been successfully delivered, except in cases where the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, a complete unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show:
