Please note: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an item has been sold, except in cases where the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
To request a refund for a damaged or defective product, a complete unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show:
The sealed package before opening
The entire unboxing process
The visible damage or defect upon opening
Refund requests without a clear and continuous unboxing video will not be accepted.
Any damage reported after successful delivery and acceptance, without a valid unboxing video, will not be eligible for a refund.
Please review product details, including size, color, and design, before placing your order, as refunds cannot be provided for personal preferences or minor variations.
Slight differences in color or texture may occur due to lighting conditions or screen settings and are not considered defects.
